Cancellation Policy

Canceling must be done at least 48 hours prior to scheduled services. If not cancelled within the 48 hour window of your appointment a cancellation fee of 35% of the scheduled service will be charged to your card that is required before booking your appointment. If there is a NO SHOW you will be charged 55% of your service. This is for new and current guests. Last minute cancellations and no shows take time and money away from my business and take from other guests on the waitlist who would like to book at that time.
